Comparison
A Be Loyal alternative built for Arabic-speaking customers
Be Loyal puts unlimited customers on every plan. Sharaftona starts at a third of the price and does not make you pick just one reward mechanic. Which is right depends on your customer count and your language.
- From $15/month
- Native Arabic (RTL)
- Cashback & gift rewards
- 14-day trial, no card
Where Sharaftona differs
Both issue Apple and Google Wallet passes, both include push notifications and birthday automation. The real differences are price, reward mechanics and language.
The entry price is a third
As of August 2026, Be Loyal's Starter plan is $49/month. Sharaftona starts at $15/month. For a single café still deciding whether a loyalty card changes behaviour at all, that gap decides whether you run the experiment.
You are not limited to one reward type
Be Loyal's Starter and Growth plans each include one loyalty programme — stamps or points — with a second only on the $81 Scale plan. Sharaftona gives you stamps, points, cashback, gifts and tiers without moving up a tier to unlock a second mechanic.
Arabic is in the product, not the enterprise tier
Be Loyal lists localisation under its Enterprise plan. Sharaftona's dashboard, staff scanner, customer registration page and the wallet card itself run in native Arabic with right-to-left layout on every plan. Verify this directly with any vendor rather than trusting a feature list.
Cashback and a gift catalogue
Be Loyal covers stamps and points. Sharaftona adds cashback — a percentage back as spendable balance on the card — and a gift catalogue customers unlock with points, which suits higher-ticket businesses.

Which one should you actually choose?
Two numbers decide it: your customer count, and whether you serve Arabic.
These two products overlap heavily. Both deliver a pass into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, both include push notifications rather than metering them, both automate birthdays, and both handle stamps and points.
So ignore the feature checklists. Three things actually change the answer.
Above roughly a thousand customers, Be Loyal is simpler
Be Loyal puts unlimited customers on every plan, including the $49 Starter. Sharaftona's entry plan caps at 1,000 and you move up from there. Past a few thousand active customers that flat treatment is genuinely easier to budget for, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
Below that threshold the arithmetic reverses. You would be paying $49 a month for headroom you are not using, when $15 covers you completely.
If your customers speak Arabic, the gap is not close
Be Loyal lists localisation as an Enterprise feature. Sharaftona was bilingual from the first commit: the merchant dashboard, the staff scanning app, the customer sign-up page and the wallet pass all render in Arabic with proper right-to-left layout, on every plan.
This matters more than a feature list suggests. A customer handed an English-only sign-up page in Jeddah is a customer who does not finish signing up.
One reward mechanic, or five
Be Loyal's two lower plans each include a single loyalty programme, and you need the $81 Scale plan before you get a second. Sharaftona does not tier its mechanics — stamps, points, cashback, gifts and tiers are all available on the entry plan.
If you already know exactly which mechanic you want, this is irrelevant. If you are still working out what actually brings your customers back, it is the whole point.
Questions
- At the entry level, yes — $15/month against $49/month as published in August 2026. Above about a thousand customers the comparison narrows, because Be Loyal does not cap customer counts and Sharaftona moves you up a tier.
