Comparison
A BonusQR alternative built around the wallet, not an app
BonusQR has a free forever plan and eleven loyalty schemes at the top tier. It also ships a customer-facing app. Sharaftona keeps everything inside Apple and Google Wallet and speaks Arabic throughout.
- From $15/month
- Native Arabic (RTL)
- Cashback & gift rewards
- 14-day trial, no card
Where Sharaftona differs
Both integrate with Apple and Google Wallet and both cover several reward schemes. The differences are the customer experience, the language and what the AI does.
Nothing for your customer to download
BonusQR ships three versions of an application — Android, iOS and web — alongside its wallet integration. Sharaftona has no customer app at all, by design: the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and that is the whole experience. Every download you ask for costs you sign-ups at the counter.
Arabic across the whole product
BonusQR's interface is published in English with a language selector. Sharaftona's dashboard, staff scanner, customer sign-up page and the wallet card itself run in native Arabic with proper right-to-left layout, on every plan.
AI that writes the campaign
Sharaftona segments your base daily into VIP, at-risk, new and dormant and drafts the message in Arabic and English. BonusQR offers news creation with push and email notifications; the segmentation and the drafting are where Sharaftona goes further.
Priced in dollars
As of August 2026 BonusQR publishes in euros — free, €19 and €69 a month. Sharaftona publishes $15. Compare the figures in your own currency on the day; we do not quote a rate because it moves.

Which one should you actually choose?
The free plan is real. So is the app you would be asking customers to install.
BonusQR's free tier is unusually generous — seven loyalty schemes, unlimited customers, wallet integration, no time limit. If budget is the binding constraint, start there and come back to this page later.
But there is a structural difference between these two products that matters more than price.
A wallet pass and an app are not the same product
BonusQR provides Android, iOS and web applications alongside wallet integration. Sharaftona deliberately has none. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap and there is nothing else to install, log into or remember.
This is the single biggest lever on enrolment. Asking a customer at a busy counter to find an app, download it and create an account loses most of them. Asking them to scan a code and tap Add loses very few.
Eleven schemes, or five that cover the same ground
BonusQR counts its loyalty schemes and gates them by tier: seven on free, eight on Basic, eleven on Premium. Sharaftona runs five mechanics — stamps, points, cashback, gifts and tiers — all available on the entry plan.
Count what you will actually use rather than what is listed. Most businesses run one mechanic and occasionally test a second.
Language, again
BonusQR is a European product with a language selector. Sharaftona was built bilingual from the first commit, all the way through to the Arabic text on the pass in your customer's wallet.
If your staff run the scanner in Arabic and your customers sign up in Arabic, that is not a localisation setting — it is the product.
