Comparison
A Loop Fans alternative priced per business, not per venue
Loop Fans is a loyalty and user-generated-content platform for hospitality and tourism, billed per venue. Sharaftona is a straightforward wallet loyalty card. They solve overlapping but different problems.
- From $15/month
- Native Arabic (RTL)
- Cashback & gift rewards
- 14-day trial, no card
Where Sharaftona differs
Loop Fans rewards social tasks and content. Sharaftona rewards visits and spend. Decide which behaviour you are actually trying to buy.
A thousand customers on the entry plan, not a hundred
As of August 2026 Loop Fans' $29 Growth plan is limited to 100 loyalty members, with unlimited members starting on the $79 Rewards Suite. Sharaftona's entry plan holds up to 1,000. For a café doing a few hundred covers a week, a hundred-member ceiling is reached in the first fortnight.
You are rewarding repeat visits, not social posts
Loop Fans is built around task credits and social task rewards — customers earn by posting and sharing. That is a content-marketing engine. Sharaftona rewards the thing that pays your rent: coming back and spending again.
Arabic across the whole product
Loop Fans publishes in English and US dollars, aimed at hospitality groups, tourism regions and precincts. Sharaftona's dashboard, scanner, sign-up page and wallet card run in native Arabic with right-to-left layout.
Half the entry price
Loop Fans starts at $29 a month per venue. Sharaftona starts at $15. If you run three sites, that difference multiplies before you have compared a single feature.

Which one should you actually choose?
These are less similar than the category name suggests.
Loop Fans is aimed at hospitality groups, tourism regions, precincts and festivals, with a Community Plan starting at $5,000 a year for whole destinations. It rewards customers for social tasks and user-generated content as well as visits.
If that is the problem you have, we are not the right tool and this page will not pretend otherwise.
If you want user-generated content, Loop Fans is the specialist
Task credits, social task rewards and coalition partners are a coherent system for getting customers to post about you and for linking venues across a precinct or region. Sharaftona does none of that.
For a tourism board or a hospitality group running a shared programme across many venues, that is a genuinely different and defensible product.
If you want people to come back, count the member cap
Loop Fans' $29 tier holds 100 loyalty members. A single busy café enrols that in two weeks, and the next tier is $79. Sharaftona's entry plan holds 1,000 for $15.
For an independent business whose goal is simply repeat visits, that arithmetic decides it before any feature comparison starts.
And the billing unit matters
Loop Fans prices per venue. If you run one location the difference is $29 against $15. If you run three, it compounds.
Add Arabic — which Loop Fans does not list — and for a Gulf SMB the comparison stops being close.
