A LoyaltyPass alternative that starts at a small-business price
LoyaltyPass sells one plan with generous limits. Sharaftona sells three, starting far lower. Which is cheaper depends entirely on how many customers you actually have.
- From $15/month
- Native Arabic (RTL)
- Cashback & gift rewards
- 14-day trial, no card
Where Sharaftona differs
Both issue wallet passes and both include push notifications, so the differences are narrower here than with app-based tools.
You can start small
As of August 2026, LoyaltyPass publishes a single Pro plan at $99/month. Sharaftona starts at $15/month and moves up as you grow. For a single café testing whether a reward changes behaviour, that difference is the whole decision.
Arabic that is actually in the product
Sharaftona's dashboard, staff scanner, customer registration page and wallet card all run in native Arabic with right-to-left layout. LoyaltyPass does not state Arabic support on its site. If you serve Arabic-speaking customers in the Gulf, verify this directly with any vendor rather than trusting a feature list.
Cashback and gift rewards
Both platforms cover stamps, points and tiers. Sharaftona adds real cashback — a percentage back as spendable balance on the card — and a gift catalogue customers unlock with points, which suits higher-ticket businesses.
AI that does the marketing work
Daily automatic segmentation into VIP, at-risk, new and dormant, with campaign copy drafted in Arabic and English. LoyaltyPass lists customer segmentation; the drafting is where Sharaftona goes further.

Which one should you actually choose?
The honest answer depends on one number: your customer count.
These two products are closer than most comparisons admit. Both put a pass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, both include push notifications rather than metering them, both offer a 14-day trial with no credit card, and both cover stamps, points and tiers.
So ignore feature checklists and do the arithmetic on your own numbers.
When LoyaltyPass is the better fit
If you already have several thousand customers, one flat plan with unlimited members can be simpler and cheaper than climbing tiers, and you never have to think about a limit again. Twenty locations included suits a chain that is already multi-site.
Flat pricing also makes budgeting trivial — there is one number, and it does not change as you grow. For some operators that predictability is worth more than a lower entry price.
When Sharaftona is the better fit
If you run one or two locations and are still proving the programme works, $99 a month is a lot to spend on an experiment. Starting at $15 lets you find out whether customers respond before committing real budget, and you move up only when your customer count forces it.
The second reason is language. If your customers read Arabic, the whole chain has to work right-to-left — the card, the registration page, the notification and the scanner your staff use all day. Sharaftona is built bilingual; LoyaltyPass does not state Arabic support.
Third, cashback and a points-funded gift catalogue give you mechanics that suit higher-value baskets, alongside the stamps and points both platforms share.
A note on claims you will read elsewhere
Comparison articles in this category are usually published by one of the vendors, including ours. Treat them accordingly.
Everything in the table above comes from each company's own published pricing page in August 2026, not from a rival's blog. We deliberately left out two widely repeated claims about LoyaltyPass — local-currency billing and a specific POS integration — because they appear in its marketing content but not on its pricing page, so we cannot verify them. Check both vendors' own sites before you decide, and re-check the prices, because ours change too.
Questions
- At the entry level, substantially — as of August 2026 Sharaftona starts at $15/month against a single $99/month plan on loyaltypass.co/pricing. But LoyaltyPass includes unlimited members at that price while Sharaftona's Start plan covers up to 1,000 customers, so once you are well past a thousand customers the gap narrows and you should compare the specific tier you would be on.
